Registered Behavior Technician in Longmont, CO

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• At least 2 years of recent experience working in a school setting as an RBT
• Current CDE or COOL license
• Ability to work effectively in both 1:1 and classroom settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working with K-12 students, including those with behavioral challenges
• Reliable, flexible, and adept in multitasking across settings

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct behavioral support and intervention to students as assigned, including 1:1 assistance and floating coverage across grade levels
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and data collection to drive student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and other RBTs to implement and monitor behavior plans
• Support a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Foster student independence and skill development
• Travel between assigned sites as needed within the school network
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
