Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Longmont, Colorado

This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to serve in a classroom dedicated to special education at the middle school level. You’ll work alongside a committed team, including peer mentors, paraeducators, and a range of support professionals, providing invaluable guidance and direct behavioral and instructional support.

Key Qualifications:

• Active or in-process CDE license (must provide documentation with your application)
• Current RBT certification
• At least one year of classroom experience
• Flexible, collaborative approach—comfortable working as a team player
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and data-driven instruction under the guidance of BCBA and special educators
• Collaborate with a classroom team (including SLP, OT/PT, Psych/SW) to promote academic and social success for students
• Support a caseload of 10 students, coordinate with peer mentors, and assist in adapting curriculum as needed
• Model and teach appropriate social and emotional skills
• Participate in team meetings, contribute insights for IEP planning and student progress

This contract position runs through May 2027, providing consistency and the chance to form lasting connections with students and colleagues.
