Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow behavioral intervention plans with consistency
  • Team-player mindset, able to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts or licensed supervisors
  • Track and document data on student behavior and progress
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with behavioral or developmental needs
  • Communicate regularly with supervisory staff and participate in team meetings
  • Support students throughout their school day—adapting interventions to changing classroom environments
  • Help foster a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere where all students can thrive
