This contract opportunity seeks a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time schedule, ideal for those looking to contribute their expertise in a rewarding, positive environment. As an RBT, you’ll work closely with students, teachers, and other support professionals each morning from 9 AM to noon, Monday through Friday.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and current RBT license required
  • Experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting student growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral consultants
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
  • Assist with the development of individualized strategies tailored to each student’s needs
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for students with behavioral challenges
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
