Qualifications:

• Current OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s Degree
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred
• Experience working with school-age children across K-12 settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, effective behavioral support under the supervision of licensed personnel

Responsibilities:

• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to implement individualized student behavior plans
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Collect data and track student progress on behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure student needs are met
• Support classroom management and foster a positive learning environment
• Adapt to the unique requirements of different age groups and abilities
