Make an immediate impact supporting students in the K-12 school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Paraprofessional. This per diem opportunity allows you to make a difference on your own schedule while working alongside dedicated educators and behavior specialists. You’ll utilize your skills in behavioral intervention to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for school-aged children.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s Degree required
  • Prior experience supporting children or students in an educational or behavioral setting is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying student needs and classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to help students develop social and academic skills
  • Assist teachers and staff in managing classroom behaviors and supporting students with special needs
  • Accurately record and report student progress and behavioral data
  • Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for all learners
