RBTs in this role will support student growth and well-being under the supervision of a district BCBA, working throughout the school year on a consistent, reliable schedule.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of RBT experience in a related setting
  • Active or inactive RBT certification (expired certifications cannot be considered)
  • Ability to fulfill the complete school schedule without late arrivals, early departures, or modified hours
  • Certification must be verifiable via the BACB verification portal
  • Comfortable and experienced in assisting students who may require physical intervention as well as supporting bathroom/toileting needs if necessary
  • Must provide reliable transportation and be available for an ASAP start
  • Flexibility as specific school assignments are often confirmed 1–2 days before clearance is finalized
  • Willingness to participate in either an interview or immediate placement based on the district’s decision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and document behavioral and classroom data accurately
  • Support a diverse student population across various school settings
  • Collaborate with educational teams to foster a positive learning environment
  • Provide assistance with daily activities and follow established protocols for student safety
