Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to collect, record, and analyze behavioral data
- Demonstrated understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team, including teachers and other therapists
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse learners
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist students in developing positive behavioral, social, and communication skills
- Document daily session data and progress notes accurately
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for individualized student programming
- Support classroom staff with techniques to reinforce positive behaviors
- Adapt strategies as needed to ensure student success across settings
