Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to collect, record, and analyze behavioral data
  • Demonstrated understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team, including teachers and other therapists
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse learners

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Assist students in developing positive behavioral, social, and communication skills
  • Document daily session data and progress notes accurately
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for individualized student programming
  • Support classroom staff with techniques to reinforce positive behaviors
  • Adapt strategies as needed to ensure student success across settings
