Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to implement individualized behavior plans and collect accurate data
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to changing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data for progress monitoring
• Implement behavioral strategies according to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and your supervising BCBA to support student growth
• Assist with modifying instructional materials, classroom routines, and environments as needed
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
