Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to implement individualized behavior plans and collect accurate data
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to changing student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data for progress monitoring
- Implement behavioral strategies according to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and your supervising BCBA to support student growth
- Assist with modifying instructional materials, classroom routines, and environments as needed
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
