Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification and credentialing
  • Experience working with children or students, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
  • Skilled in data collection, observation, and reporting progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one and/or group behavioral support to students as assigned
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies and support plans
  • Record detailed observations and measurable data on student progress and behavioral responses
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to modify supports as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for continuous student development
  • Support a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
