Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification and credentialing
- Experience working with children or students, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Skilled in data collection, observation, and reporting progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
- Compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one and/or group behavioral support to students as assigned
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies and support plans
- Record detailed observations and measurable data on student progress and behavioral responses
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to modify supports as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for continuous student development
- Support a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
