Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children or young adults in educational or therapeutic settings
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data using established protocols
- Effective communication skills for interactions with students, educators, and families
- Adaptability to the diverse needs and abilities of students within a school environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Track and document students’ progress through accurate data collection and timely reporting
- Assist in developing and modifying materials and activities that reinforce positive behaviors
- Engage students in skill-building exercises and support their social, communication, and academic success
- Collaborate closely with school staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality support for students
- Participate in regular training and ongoing professional development
