Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or young adults in educational or therapeutic settings
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data using established protocols
• Effective communication skills for interactions with students, educators, and families
• Adaptability to the diverse needs and abilities of students within a school environment
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Track and document students’ progress through accurate data collection and timely reporting
• Assist in developing and modifying materials and activities that reinforce positive behaviors
• Engage students in skill-building exercises and support their social, communication, and academic success
• Collaborate closely with school staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality support for students
• Participate in regular training and ongoing professional development
