Begin as soon as possible with a streamlined onboarding process, requiring only brief district Vector training.

In this engaging role, you’ll focus on offering standby emotional support, providing transportation companionship, and delivering light academic guidance to a polite and mild-mannered student. The weekly schedule features varied responsibilities and travel between educational and internship environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with adolescents or in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and reliability
• Ability to provide emotional support while maintaining professional boundaries
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Thursday:
  • Start each day at the high school, accompany the student on the district bus to Impact Academy in Dover, offering companionship during the commute
  • Support the student’s coursework in the afternoons, with a focus on History
• Friday:
  • Accompany the student to a five-hour internship at a local car detailing shop, providing onsite support or assisting with other tasks at the high school if needed
• 35–37 hours per week, providing consistency and impactful support
