Registered Behavior Technician in Manvel, ND

You’ll work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to track progress, adjust plans, and celebrate achievements every step of the way.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, faculty, and families
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Strong organizational skills for accurate data collection and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to students under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data for reporting
• Use reinforcement strategies to encourage skill acquisition and positive behaviors
• Support teachers and staff with behavior management techniques
• Adapt interventions as needed, under the guidance of supervising clinicians
