Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Marble Falls, Texas

What We're Looking For:

• Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
• Experience working with elementary school-age children, especially those with gifted and talented (GT) and behavior support needs
• Proficiency in managing attention-seeking behaviors, using evidence-based strategies for de-escalation and reinforcement
• SAMA certification (crisis intervention training)
• Ability to adapt to dynamic classroom settings and collaborate with educators and support teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavior support to a 3rd grade male student with attention-seeking tendencies in a school environment
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA and school guidelines
• Offer proactive, positive reinforcement and model appropriate social interactions
• Monitor, track, and regularly document student progress and behavior trends
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and caregivers to ensure cohesive care and communication
• Maintain a supportive and structured environment that encourages learning and personal growth
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity
