Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Marble Falls, TX
Setting: Elementary School
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: School-Based

Position Details

• Provide behavioral support to an elementary school student
• Work one-on-one with the student to support positive behaviors and successful classroom participation
• Implement individualized behavior strategies and interventions
• Collect and document behavioral data and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and the BCBA

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Seeking a seasoned RBT with strong behavioral experience
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and behavior-management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school and clinical teams

Pay: $25+ per hour, based on experience
