Job Type Contract

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a substitute Behavior Aide/Paraprofessional for the full 2026-2027 school year. This flexible, contract-based position invites you to make a real difference as you work per diem/on-call shifts—covering essential 1:1 caseloads with kindergarten through elementary-aged children. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional, especially with pediatric populations, will be highly valued as you fill in where needed and help students thrive.

What we’re looking for:

  • Current RBT certification and/or paraprofessional experience
  • Proficiency supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or behavioral needs (school setting preferred)
  • Comfortable providing toileting assistance as needed
  • Able to prevent student elopement and support overall safety
  • Experience with both 1:1 and small group settings
  • Adept at adapting in fast-paced, on-call assignments—ready to step in on short notice
  • Dependable transportation and reliable communication methods
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral and learning support to students throughout the school day
  • Follow individual student plans and implement behavior interventions
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and wider support staff
  • Monitor student engagement, respond to behavioral needs, and guarantee safety
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions

This is the role for you if you seek control over your schedule—positions are assigned based on your availability and there’s potential to transition to full-time. Hourly compensation ranges from $24 to $27, based on your experience.

You’ll also enjoy paid training, credentialing reimbursements, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life coverage, 401K with match, and weekly pay. Additional benefits include a dedicated recruiter, sizable referral bonuses, and potential travel/relocation stipends if eligible.

Ready for meaningful work with flexibility? Apply today and help students discover their full potential this school year!
