Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads are open, primarily working in either a 1:1 or 2:1 setting with students spanning a range of support needs. Your day-to-day follows the standard school bell schedule, with total hours between 35–40 per week. What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a school-based ABA role
- Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (supervision by a BCBA provided)
- Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Dependable transportation
- Comfort collaborating with school staff and supporting diverse elementary learners
What you’ll do:
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions directly to students following IEP and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Track progress, collect detailed data, and communicate updates to the supervising BCBA and school staff
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and structured learning environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Contribute to collaborative problem-solving and student-centered planning
