A local elementary school district near Marina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers the chance to work alongside a supportive special education team in an autism-focused classroom.

Location: Marina, CA 93933

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• 35 Hours Per Week

Contract Dates:

• August 2026 – End of School Year

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and classroom behavioral support

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance

• Collect and document student progress data

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff

• Foster a positive and structured learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
