Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and experience working in classroom settings or with children and adolescents

• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and accurately collect data

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavior support to students under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect detailed data on student progress and behaviors for ongoing evaluation
• Communicate observations and recommendations to educators and other team members
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and review of student goals
• Foster positive rapport with students and encourage growth in skill development and classroom participation
