Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, implementing behavioral interventions as outlined in treatment plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and behavior analysts to coordinate strategies for student success
  • Support positive behavior management and model appropriate social skills
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making regarding student plans
