Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Maryville, Tennessee

An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential behavioral support services within a school-based setting near Maryville, TN. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with autism or behavioral needs in educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement positive behavior plans crafted under BCBA supervision
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible with changing schedules and environments
• Ability to maintain documentation and data collection accurately and timely

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under the guidance of a supervising BCBA
• Monitor and record student progress toward behavioral goals and objectives
• Assist teachers and other school staff with strategies to reinforce positive behaviors
• Support implementation of individualized education plans and behavior intervention plans
• Participate in progress meetings and contribute valuable insights to educational teams
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all student interactions
