Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Mc Kenzie, Alabama

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings
• Familiarity with implementing ABA therapy techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to work with students of varying needs and ages
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions from supervising BCBA or Special Education staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group ABA interventions as directed by supervising staff
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist in developing and maintaining behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student progress
• Foster a positive learning environment while supporting behavioral and academic success
• Communicate regularly with supervising staff regarding student performance and needs
