Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • State licensure (if required)
  • Experience working in an educational, youth, or clinical setting preferred
  • Comfortable providing 1:1 ABA interventions and support
  • Proven skills supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration strengths
  • Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted ABA-based behavioral support to individual students
  • Collect, monitor, and report on behavior data and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school teams to develop intervention strategies
  • Participate in student meetings and provide input on individualized plans
  • Help implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and staff
