Registered Behavior Technician | North Boston Area:

**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and support personnel
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and behavioral support to students in a middle school classroom
- Provide 1:1 support to assigned students as well as small group interventions when needed
- Document session activities and student progress with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, behavior analysts, and other support staff to implement behavior intervention plans
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development and student engagement
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP-related discussions
