Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Media, Pennsylvania

We are seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, contract roles across multiple school sites through June 2027. This opportunity involves 35 hours per week, working onsite with students requiring specialized behavioral support.

Multiple positions are available:

• Chester Upland School of Arts (3 openings): Assist in K-2 Autistic Support classrooms.
• Toby Farms Middle School (2 openings): Male RBT candidates required.

Your adaptability is vital, as student needs may shift throughout the assignment. Candidates must be able to maintain RBT certification independently, as district supervision may not be available. Please ensure your RBT credentials are submitted with your application.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must provide upfront)
• Prior experience in a school setting supporting students with behavioral and special education needs
• Comfortable working with Autistic Support classrooms and behaviorally challenged students
• Reliable transportation to onsite locations
• Ability to secure or possess required Pennsylvania clearances
• Willingness to work in an urban school context
• Strong references to support your application
• For Toby Farms Middle School: applications restricted to male RBTs
• Not accepting paraprofessionals

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with school staff to implement behavior intervention plans
• Support students’ academic and social growth, adapting to evolving classroom dynamics
• Maintain accurate data and communicate regularly regarding student progress
• Contribute positively to a team-focused atmosphere
