Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification and good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to collect and accurately record data
  • Strong communication skills for teaming with teachers, families, and supervisors
  • Flexible, positive, and compassionate approach toward students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with students to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect, document, and report data on student progress
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions in classroom and small group environments
  • Support teachers and staff in creating positive, inclusive learning spaces
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of intervention strategies
