Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification required
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in educational or pediatric environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Proficient in data collection and progress monitoring
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Track student progress and maintain organized records
  • Support students in achieving individualized goals within the classroom and other school environments
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings
  • Provide feedback and recommend strategies to enhance student success
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all students
