We're looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support learners for the 2025-2026 academic year; positions run from August 2026 through June 2027. Multiple full-time roles are available, offering 32.5–37.5 hours per week within a collaborative and student-focused environment. Whether you have supported students across elementary, middle, or high school, your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for children in need of behavioral support.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings is essential
  • Familiarity supporting students with moderate to intensive behavioral or developmental needs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt approaches for varied learning styles and grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions in collaboration with teachers and school staff
  • Collect and track behavioral data to inform progress and planning
  • Implement individualized support plans as directed by BCBA and school teams
  • Foster a supportive, structured environment that encourages growth and skill acquisition
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
