What You’ll Bring:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Deliver direct one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services to students, following individualized education or behavior intervention plans
- Implement strategies and data collection procedures as outlined by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Monitor, document, and report student progress toward behavioral goals
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and educational staff to adapt interventions as needed
- Support a positive, inclusive school climate by modeling and reinforcing effective social and behavioral skills
- Communicate regularly with families and other team members, sharing updates and celebrating successes
