Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Please submit certification or a screenshot when applying)
- Experience working with school-aged children, including those with diverse developmental needs
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data with accuracy
- Professional, clear communicator who excels in collaborative settings
- Flexibility and adaptability when supporting students from varying age groups and backgrounds
- Familiarity with ethical standards and best practices related to RBT responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral intervention to students in grades Pre-K through 22 under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other clinical staff
- Follow individualized education and behavior plans to support each student’s success
- Document progress and communicate observations effectively to the educational team
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families to promote engagement and wellbeing
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity at all times
- Work 35 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year
