Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Middletown, Delaware

Make a direct impact supporting elementary students in an Autism program through this rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time role is located in a dynamic, supportive school environment and requires active RBT certification and Delaware PARA permit. You’ll work alongside dedicated education professionals, providing vital assistance to students in their daily routines and supporting positive behavioral outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Active Delaware PARA Permit (required)
• Strongly prefer school-based experience, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Skilled in implementing appropriate physical intervention strategies as needed
• Proven experience in collecting behavioral and classroom instructional data
• Comfortable and willing to perform bathroom and hygiene-related duties, including toileting and diapering
• Committed to working the full scheduled onsite hours without accommodations (8:45 AM – 4:15 PM, 37.5 hours/week; no part time, late starts, or early departures)
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

• Support students’ behavioral and instructional needs in classroom settings
• Gather and record behavioral and educational data to inform student plans
• Assist with physical intervention strategies when appropriate and necessary
• Perform non-negotiable bathroom and hygiene support duties
• Collaborate with teachers and team members, providing flexibility for classroom assignments based on evolving needs

Additional Information:

• Assignment runs from 10/30/26 to 2/1/27
• Participate in a straightforward Google Meets interview (15–30 minutes)
