• Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with youth with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior intervention services as outlined in personalized treatment plans
• Collect and document behavioral data to track student progress and inform team decisions
• Follow the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and related professionals
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through positive behavioral strategies
• Communicate regularly with teachers and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and share progress updates
• Assist with the development of individualized behavior intervention plans as needed
