You’ll work closely with teachers, special education staff, and supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver effective interventions and track student progress.

• Active RBT credential in good standing
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group ABA therapy to students, following established behavior intervention plans
• Collect data meticulously to monitor and report on student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and BCBAs to adjust strategies as needed
• Support classroom staff with proactive behavioral techniques
• Attend training and professional development sessions as required
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with all regulations
