Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students as prescribed by the IEP or behavioral plan
  • Collect, document, and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with school staff, special education teams, and families to deliver effective behavioral strategies
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Support inclusive classroom environments while promoting positive student behavior
  • Assist with crisis management and de-escalation when necessary
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and district staff on student performance
