Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience in school or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students as prescribed by the IEP or behavioral plan
- Collect, document, and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with school staff, special education teams, and families to deliver effective behavioral strategies
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Support inclusive classroom environments while promoting positive student behavior
- Assist with crisis management and de-escalation when necessary
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and district staff on student performance
