Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license or at least 2 years of recent school-based behavior technician experience
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to varying school environments and diverse student needs
• Positive, solution-focused mindset and dedication to student success

Position Details:

• Contract begins August 31st, 2026, with placement continuing per school calendar dates as needed
• Per diem scheduling—enjoy the flexibility to choose your days and hours
• Work with students from kindergarten through high school
• Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and documenting data, and working in partnership with classroom staff to encourage student independence and growth
