Key Qualifications:

• Current and active RBT Certification required
• Experience working in school-based, self-contained settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable traveling between 2-3 school sites as assigned
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow and implement established Behavior Intervention Plans
• Up-to-date on all required credentials and background checks
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively alongside school staff and specialists

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school plans
• Partner with on-site behavior specialists to evaluate student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide direct support to elementary-aged students in self-contained environments
• Collect detailed behavioral data and maintain thorough documentation
• Attend relevant training sessions and team meetings
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for students and staff across multiple campuses
