2nd Grade Elementary Registered Behavior Technician in Milwaukee, WI

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician with a focus on moderate to severe special needs. Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Demonstrated experience supporting moderate or severe special education needs
• Background working with grades K-2 or elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions based on student needs
• Collaborate with instructional teams and ISE Specialists to deliver customized support plans
• Collect and report data on student progress, making adjustments as needed
• Foster a nurturing, positive environment that promotes student engagement and success
• Support the development of social and adaptive skills in the school environment
