Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and fidelity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes
• Collaborative, patient, and flexible mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support to students as outlined in treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Record and monitor student data to track responses and progress
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce positive behavior and support social, academic, and emotional growth
• Assist in training teachers and parents on ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Modify and adapt approaches as guided by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing evaluations of student needs
