Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential as you implement individual behavior plans, monitor progress, and deliver direct support to students. You’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on fostering inclusion and success for every child.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Understanding of behavior intervention strategies and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and fellow staff
• Ability to follow direction, maintain confidentiality, and document data accurately
• Patience, empathy, and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support for students according to established behavior intervention plans
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and student progress notes
• Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), teachers, and support staff
• Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed
• Support skill-building, independence, and social development in classroom and school settings
• Maintain a positive, encouraging environment for all students
