Registered Behavior Technician in Monroe, GA

In this full-time position, you’ll provide essential 1:1 and small group behavioral interventions, helping students succeed academically and socially. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in school-based settings, preferably within middle school classrooms
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, colleagues, and families
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and document progress accurately
• Aptitude for working both independently and within a collaborative team atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students, implementing Individualized Education Plans under the guidance of supervising BCBA or school staff
• Support small group instruction, ensuring all students receive attention and encouragement
• Collect data and observations, tracking student progress to tailor support
• Collaborate with teachers and fellow support staff to adapt strategies for student success
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within the classroom and broader school community
