Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Monroe, Georgia

Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting middle school students for the remainder of the academic year. In this role, you’ll provide essential behavioral support in both 1:1 and group settings, fostering positive outcomes for students and contributing to an engaged, collaborative learning environment. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly with middle school students, preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and respond professionally in dynamic classroom environments
• Proven reliability and commitment to supporting student growth
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral support to middle school students in classroom settings
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
• Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress and behavioral goals
• Provide feedback and input on strategies to enhance student engagement
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth for all students
• Contribute to team meetings and communicate openly with colleagues regarding student needs
