Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting middle school students for the remainder of the academic year. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly with middle school students, preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and respond professionally in dynamic classroom environments
- Proven reliability and commitment to supporting student growth
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral support to middle school students in classroom settings
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
- Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress and behavioral goals
- Provide feedback and input on strategies to enhance student engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth for all students
- Contribute to team meetings and communicate openly with colleagues regarding student needs
