Registered Behavior Technician in Monroeville, AL

There are two positions to fill: one full-time and one part-time (mornings only). Whichever schedule suits you, you'll become a vital resource in helping students achieve their goals—supported every step of the way by ongoing BCBA supervision.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working 1:1 with students in school or clinical settings preferred
• Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with students
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, professional classroom environment

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral and academic support to students in a self-contained classroom
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and BCBA supervisor to carry out intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and document student progress
• Assist with social skills training, behavior redirection, and reinforcement strategies
• Adapt techniques based on feedback and ongoing assessment
