As an integral member of a collaborative team, you will work directly with students, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in school or clinical environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
- Adaptable approach, able to respond calmly to challenging situations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy services to students according to prescribed behavior intervention plans
- Accurately collect and record data on student behaviors and program outcomes
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and school staff to support each student’s progress
- Participate in team meetings to review student needs and adjust interventions as necessary
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
