Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Monsey, New York

As an integral member of a collaborative team, you will work directly with students, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in school or clinical environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
• Adaptable approach, able to respond calmly to challenging situations
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services to students according to prescribed behavior intervention plans
• Accurately collect and record data on student behaviors and program outcomes
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and school staff to support each student’s progress
• Participate in team meetings to review student needs and adjust interventions as necessary
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
