Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will play a vital role in implementing one-on-one or group interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students.

What you’ll bring:

  • An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Experience implementing ABA-based interventions with children or adolescents
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for empowering young learners
  • Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring

Your key responsibilities:

  • Directly provide ABA services to students in school classrooms and other educational settings
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Track student progress by collecting and recording behavioral data
  • Communicate observations and findings to BCBAs, teachers, and parents as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training or professional development sessions to enhance skills
  • Adhere consistently to all school policies and ethical standards
