Several opportunities are now open for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in an elementary school district known for its outstanding BCBA supervision and long-term commitment to quality professionals.

This rewarding contract role starts August 3, 2026, and is perfect for those passionate about helping learners in Transitional Kindergarten through 4th grade Autism classrooms. You'll have the unique chance to collaborate with an incredibly supportive team, including on-site district BCBAs, all within a district with a history of renewing strong contributors.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with students displaying high intensity and high magnitude behaviors in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate consistency, reliability, and motivation—ideal candidates are fully committed to seeing their contract through
  • Comfort and professionalism when collaborating with BCBA supervisors and school staff
  • Passion and patience for working with young children on the autism spectrum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans in TK–4th grade Autism/support classrooms
  • Track student progress, collect and report data as requested by supervising BCBA
  • Support and reinforce positive behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families as needed
  • Participate in supervision with established district BCBA team

This contract offers a schedule of 35 hours weekly from early August, and compensation is highly competitive, ranging between $30–$33 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
