Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is required
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-intensity/magnitude behaviors in a school setting
  • Comfort working with young learners, particularly in transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and elementary grades
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple professionals
  • Adaptability to dynamic classroom environments

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for students with autism in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collect and maintain data on student progress and behavioral responses
  • Collaborate closely with classroom staff, other RBTs, and the district BCBA supervision team
  • Adapt behavioral strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Contribute to a supportive, engaged classroom community
