Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in an educational setting, particularly K-12
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven success in supporting teachers and collaborating with other educational professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and accurately document data on student progress
• Participate in regular meetings to review and adjust behavioral strategies
• Support teachers by providing insight and hands-on assistance in managing classroom behavior
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and engagement
