Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a behavioral or educational setting is highly valued.
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Professional, compassionate, and responsive demeanor when supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student responses and progress.
  • Assist in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans tailored to students’ needs.
  • Provide direct support and guidance during school hours to promote positive behaviors and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate consistently with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency in intervention delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain the highest clinical standards.
