Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral challenges
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including behavior reduction strategies
- Competence in crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accurate, timely documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement detailed behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to client needs
- Deliver 1:1 ABA-based support consistently during daily activities and community outings
- Collect and track data on target behaviors and progress toward skill acquisition
- Apply approved crisis intervention techniques to maintain safety and emotional stability
- Foster independence through daily living and life skills training
- Engage with supervising BCBA and collaborate closely with residential staff to ensure a supportive, structured environment
