Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral challenges
  • In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including behavior reduction strategies
  • Competence in crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accurate, timely documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement detailed behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to client needs
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA-based support consistently during daily activities and community outings
  • Collect and track data on target behaviors and progress toward skill acquisition
  • Apply approved crisis intervention techniques to maintain safety and emotional stability
  • Foster independence through daily living and life skills training
  • Engage with supervising BCBA and collaborate closely with residential staff to ensure a supportive, structured environment
