RBT | Muskegon, Michigan

A full-time position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to provide behavioral support in an upper elementary (2nd-5th grade) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classroom. This contract role is for the current school year and is based in Muskegon, MI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) tailored to individual student needs
• Provide direct behavior support to students in an ASD classroom setting
• Assist with toileting and personal care as needed
• Work collaboratively with behavior specialists, educators, and support staff to enhance student success
• Monitor and document student progress according to established protocols

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB is required
• Experience working in behavior support roles within school settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively with upper elementary students, particularly those with ASD
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience and compassion when providing toileting and personal care assistance

• Elementary school setting in Muskegon, MI
