Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, preferably in school or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with implementing and documenting behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and caregivers
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptability and professionalism when working in diverse educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and program progress
  • Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavioral change
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices in all interactions
  • Regularly communicate student progress and behavioral insights to educators and family members
  • Attend team meetings and professional development sessions as required
