Registered Behavior Technician in Nashua, NH

We’re seeking an individual who is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), though experienced Behavioral Technicians are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; consideration given to candidates with behavioral technician experience
• Experience supporting students on the Autism spectrum is highly valued
• Comfortable managing behavioral interventions and implementing individualized strategies
• Skilled at fostering a positive, patient, and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills for teaming with teachers, support staff, and families
• Reliable and punctual for a M-F commitment, 8:15 am-3:15 pm

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support tailored to the student's needs, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Implement plans that reinforce educational and social-emotional goals
• Collaborate with classroom staff to ensure consistency in interventions and positive reinforcement
• Document and report on behavioral strategies and student progress
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and independence
