Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Nashua, New Hampshire

This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering full-time hours (32.5-37.5 per week) and the chance to work closely with students identified as having intensive behavioral needs. Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Prior experience working in a school setting (K-12), supporting intensive needs
• Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in educational environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when interacting with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Strong documentation and data collection abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA services to students within the classroom and small-group settings
• Collaborate with behavior analysts, educators, and support staff to execute individualized intervention plans
• Collect and record accurate data on program implementation and student progress
• Support students in building positive behaviors and academic engagement
• Adapt strategies as needed to foster student success and independence
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
