We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a collaborative school team for the upcoming academic year. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in educational settings and are committed to helping students reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

Deliver direct behavioral support to K-12 students with intensive needs
Assist with the implementation of individualized behavior programs
Promote positive student engagement and classroom participation
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Partner with staff and families to support student success

Assignment Information

August 2026 through June 2027
Full-time hours: 32.5-37.5 per week
School-based setting
K-12 caseload
Pay range: $24-$28/hour

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Prior school experience required
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong organization and communication skills
