We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students with intensive needs in a school-based setting. Position Details
School year assignment: August 2026 - June 2027
Full-time schedule: 32.5-37.5 hours per week
K-12 caseload
Intensive needs population
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
Previous school-based experience required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and support student success across educational settings
Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral support to students throughout the school day
Implement individualized behavior plans and interventions
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Collect and document behavioral data
Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals
