Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RBT credential in good standing
  • Prior experience working with children or young adults in educational or clinical settings
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for creating supportive, inclusive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and support staff
  • Support classroom management and foster positive behavior strategies
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, teachers, and families regarding student goals and progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions
