Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with guidance from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability and professionalism in dynamic school environments
• Background check and reference verification required

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students as directed by supervisory staff
• Collect data and record observations on student behavior and intervention effectiveness
• Support teachers and other staff in maintaining consistent, proactive behavior management
• Adapt strategies to meet each student’s unique needs in classroom or small group settings
• Participate in team meetings to review progress and ongoing intervention plans
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
