Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational or clinical settings
  • Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and implementation
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to collect data, follow treatment plans, and document student progress accurately
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support students in classrooms and other school settings, promoting positive behaviors and skill acquisition
  • Collect, record, and report data on student progress and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to maintain consistency in behavior strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development as needed
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and procedural guidelines for student care
