- Ability to collect data, follow treatment plans, and document student progress accurately

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to maintain consistency in behavior strategies
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development as needed
