Grades 6 - 8 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician in Natick, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred
• Previous 1:1 behavioral or educational support experience highly valued
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to students as outlined in treatment plans
• Collect accurate data and maintain comprehensive session notes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBA supervisors, and staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
• Assist students in developing appropriate social, academic, and life skills
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment for all students
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards
